Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and unused
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Shoes must be tried on carpeted surfaces only
  • All original packaging must be included

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked)
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Opened beauty products

In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in-store must be returned to any physical retail location. Please bring your original receipt.

Exchange Policy
